I’M FAMOUS! 40 – Super Hero

#4 of 12! I don’t have a lot to say about this one.  It’s a direct continuation of #39 with the Lone Wolf experiencing his first bout of drunken depression.  Nothing like that first time!  So much regret, self doubt and loathing.  Not that I would know first hand or anything.

More focus on reminding us that the Lone Wolf is actually a super hero, since to this day we have not actually seen him in action!  And that includes in Black Snow.  This one isn’t actually all that funny as I read it now.  Kind of sad.  A very different side of the Lone Wolf.  I suppose that’s the comedy.  I’m really happy with the way this came out visually.  Love that bottom panel! I’ve been working on clearly defining each character’s facial features, and I think I’ve really nailed it with the Lone Wolf lately.  The large chiseled cleft chin, the pointed nose, the long face, the sculpted cheeks, all these things and more are now set in my mind much more so than when I started this strip.

BTW, just take a moment to appreciate all the hard work I put into making these drawings look good, not like all those other webcomics! You’re welcome, you unappreciative pricks.
