Day 222

Day 222 of the #365drawingchallenge is one of the monsters from Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark. I had all these books as a kid and really enjoyed them, especially the creepy drawings. The were really scary, and the new movie based on them looks pretty good. I’m excited to check it out. I collected pretty much every scary book I could as a kid, and it’s interesting to me that these ones seem to have stood the test of time. I think a large part of it is those drawings. Shows you how important a good illustrator can be.
