Day 268

Day 268 of the #365drawingchallenge says only you can prevent forest fires, Smokey the Bear. I thought this would be a fitting follow up to McGruff yesterday. After I drew that I thought I should have done more to make it funny and have McGruff doing something kind of overboard or uncharacteristic, so I did the fairly obvious and made Smokey the Bear smoke a cigarette. I wanted to make him look really jaded and cynical like I tried to do with McGruff. It’s just funny to think of these mascots in more serious situations.
