Day 341

Day 341 of the #365drawingchallenge is a neon green skeleton looking up to the heavens. I guess it’s kind of a follow up to the punk skull I did yesterday. I really like drawing skeletons, and I love the dramatic pose here. There is something very evocative about it. The angle of the skull creates an inherent feeling when I look at it. And I decided to go back to surrounding the drawing with black, but I wanted to offset that with a bright neon color, and right away I just knew it had to be green. Why? Why any of it? I really don’t know at this point. I’m just drawing stuff I like that I feel compelled to do, and trying to allow myself to be as creative as possible.
