Day 353

Day 353 of the #365drawingchallenge sees the end drawing near as the personification of death approaches, the grim reaper. I really like things that feature death as a character, like the Discworld series, or treat reaping like a job like Cristopher Moore books or Dead Like Me. It’s just a fascinating concept. I suppose it’s a way to try to normalize or add humor to what is ultimately the very scary concept of the great unknown. Plus the look is just badass, and I tend to fluctuate between humor and cool art. I enjoy doing both, and I don’t really know which one I’m better at currently. I wouldn’t want to give up either. Oh, I think this would make a pretty killer tattoo if you made the white area black, and a pretty cool shirt.
