A follow up to Leonardo yesterday. Yes, this means you’ll be getting all 4. Donato di Niccolò di Betto Bardi is not as well known as the others, but was a very influential sculptor in his own right. I did take a couple art history classes in college, in addition to just whatever I’ve learned on my own about the artists of this period. So I’m at least familiar with all of them. Drawing these portraits was a slight challenge because there were obviously no photos back then, so these are based off of whatever paintings I could find of them. Some had more painted portraits than others. I do love that so many of them show the artists wearing their favorite hats, which I color coordinated with their masks. It’s a cool look.
