Filo is an eternal pessimist, too smart for his own good, and quick to see the negative side of any situation. He views life as a series of constant disappointments, and often borders on a nihilistic worldview. Nothing has turned out like he expected, and he’s quick to blame everyone but himself. Though he is also very down on himself. Just a jaded, depressed mess.
Other than that he’s a really nice guy and a lot of fun!
Kingston is a classic optimist and doesn’t take life too seriously. He’s always down for a good time, and thinks the point of living is to enjoy yourself as much as possible. His worldview is often at odds with his roommate Filo, but they generally tend to balance each other out. He takes pleasure in helping others find joy.
While he’s not the deepest thinker, Kingston is no fool either. He’s usually the one finding the way to make the best of any situation.
Orson is an eccentric oddball who revels in the esoteric and undiscovered. You’ll never find him enjoying the mainstream. While he is an odd guy, he’s generally pretty upbeat and happy to pursue his interests. He’s a good friend and happy to involve others in his antics.
He may not actually be as bizarre as he appears, going out of his way make sure he’s not lumped in with the masses.
Virgil is a voodoo doll living in a teddy bear’s world. He’s a rough, angry anti establishment punk who’d like to see the world burn. He’s quick to point out society’s failings, and thinks the best way to fix them is to tear it all down.
Beneath his rough exterior is a man who actually participates in most aspects of society and could be described as something of a poser. His bark is worse than his bark.
Leopold and Loeb are Filo’s arrogant, genius cousins. Their intellect makes them feel detached from others, which makes it easy for them to test their thought experiments without feeling bad about it. While they may be the smartest guys in the room, they are also the biggest creeps.
