That is the link to the poll for the Washington Post Best Webcomic of 2011 contest. They picked 20 finalists out of all the nominations, and I’m honored to say that Black Snow: Two Drink Minimum is one of them!
So not only is that the link to some contest, it is the link to our hopes and dreams. It is the link that could allow you to make us as famous as the Lone Wolf. So please, for the love of the gods, vote for us!
We are up against some heavy hitters and legends of the webcomic world. The stiff competition includes XKCD, Penny Arcade, Girl Genius, Hark! A Vagrant, Something Positive, Wapsi Square and Battlepug, amongst others. Our we out of our league? Probably…but you can change all that. Vote for us and we’ll be legitimized amongst the upper echelon of the geeky internet world!
Let’s face it, those other big comics don’t need this. They’ll be just fine win or lose. Your favorite scrappy, drunken underdogs NEED this! Together we can make a dream 10 years plus some change in the making finally come true!
