Day 107

Day 107 of the #365drawingchallenge is a request for Homer Simpson. I love the Simpsons. I’ve watched them since they first started, and still try to keep up with it. I’ll admit that it probably peaked between seasons 3-9, so it isn’t what it used to be, but it is not as bad as a lot of people like to say it is. And occasionally it still has flashes of greatness. It had a big impact on me when it first came out, as it did on America as a whole. I could go on about it at length, but I’m not really in the mood. Maybe another times.

I tried a few different things to make Homer my own here, and several that I ended up cutting out like giving him eyebrows and more realistic hair. Ultimately those things changed his look too much, so I went closer to the original.
