Day 203

Day 203 of the #365drawingchallenge is an angry Donald Duck. I’ve always really liked Donald Duck. I find it hilarious when he goes nuts and just loses it. He’s such a great grump. For awhile they also really played up his jealousy to Mickey in a way that was very similar to Daffy Duck’s relationship with Bugs Bunny, and I really connected with that. He wasn’t the main guy and saw him as something of a bland phony and wanted that spot for himself, and I’ve felt that way before. He’s probably my favorite of the main Disney characters. He has a great look, a ridiculous voice, and such a feisty personality that all comes together in a great way. And I really wanted to capture his rage here.
