Day 246

Day 246 of the #365drawingchallenge is a request for the bumbling, overly confident leader of the Yiga Clan in Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Master Kohga. I was fighting this boss yesterday with my daughter on my third playthrough of the game and she just loved it. This goofy guy had her cracking up. On a side not, she has been playing through the game herself and just loves it. It’s the first game to really pull her in to the level that I need to make her take breaks. I was pretty excited to draw this and chose to go with the colored line style since I thought it matched the game well, but honestly I kind of wish I just drew it in my traditional style. It does look very clean, but I feel like it might have looked even better with some added linework detail and shadows. Plus this style takes a lot more planning and time, and as a lot more potential to mess up, which I see a few mistakes now that I look it over.
